I do need some, education
Just picked up two books to read; have been meaning to get them for some time, and got around to it yesterday.
One’s “The Warren Buffett Way” by Robert Hagstrom; it’s generally considered one of the best books about Buffett’s investment strategy. The other is “Blink” by Malcolm Gladwell; wanted to pick up “The Tipping Point” also, probably will next time around.
Just getting myself some ongoing education; and the Pink Floyd quote ought to show how dated I am.
Interestingly enough, there’s another story I saw a week back on the New York Times called To : Professor@University.edu - it’s gone into NYTimes archive now, paid subscription needed, about teachers being too accessible to students because of email.
Or to modernise Floyd : “Hey, kids, leave that teacher alone”!
Times are really a-changing!
