Just the other day I got &quot;double billed&quot; for a $5-or-so item that I ordered online. I was thinking of doing nothing because I didn't feel like dealing with the process of going through an entire dispute for such a small amount.

Now I'll just call up and hopefully they will just waive the charge. What bank were you dealing with?

As as side note, I've gone through the dispute process before, for amounts up into the thousands, and the credit card companies (Citibank in my case) seem to really be on the consumers' side when it comes to this. That's why I use credit cards for almost every purchase these days.</description>
